Common Fisher & Paykel faults we see
Fridge warm while the freezer works. On many F&P models cold air is shared between compartments by fans and dampers. When the fridge section warms up but the freezer stays cold, a fan or damper fault is the usual suspect, a far smaller job than it feels like when your milk goes off.
Defrost faults and icing. A failed defrost component lets ice choke the evaporator, and cooling fades over days. It is one of the most common faults on frost free F&P models and a routine repair when caught early.
